I have the original wood rim steering wheel that came on my car, and want to mount a center hub with the turner badge in it. Is there a neat and clean mounting you can suggest?

Many years ago I shortened the steering column by 2-3 inches and
mounted a quick release hub on it. My competition wheel is a nice small
one. The beautiful laminated wood and aluminum original wheel is also
on a quick release hub for when the car needs to look pretty. Mounting
the turner badge and hub would finish it nicely.
