After 40 years my GT box is tired and new "sliders" seem to be
impossible to get. So it appears that a more modern box is in order.

am looking to fit a later engine & gearbox to the Turner I
reciently purchased & am considering a Ford series 9 or even an
MT75, the latter however is said to be a little wide & may not fit
in the space.
Both of these boxes can be picked up in the Uk for £100 or less.
