Please, I need help! I have never owned a Turner before, but I am
presently looking at one to purchase. I have been offered what is
supposed to be the very first prototype. I can not find any history as
to be able to verify its authenticity. The information that I have is :
1955 Turner 803 Prototype; #PRO30 01 ; it has an aluminum body, and a
100cc BMC engine. The seller seems to have collaborating correspondense
dating back to 1955, with Mr. Turner himself.
Could
this car be real, or have I been misinformed?. Also, I need some
guidance as to the possible value of this vehicle in concourse
condition. If everything checks out fine, I will hopefully be the its
proud owner, and share it with everyone.
Again, I need any information that anyone can supply. I do thank all of you in advance.
