Reluctantly I have decided to part with my Turner,Details, 1963 Turner Mk 3
Chassis Number 63/578, total restoration, some 6 years ago, and very
little use since, This is a matching numbers car, although the original
1098cc engine is in the workshop after a rebuild and the car is fitted with
a very quick 1275cc unit Mods include Kent 276 cam, High pressure oil pump,
MG Metro Big valve head, running a single 2" SU, on a MG Metro manifold,
Ally rocker cover, 3 branch manifold, The interior of the car was
reupholstered in Black, the seats being Black with Red piping, and fitted
with 4 point MSA approved harnesses, All the weather equipment is good, the
Chrome and paintwork is excellent. This car was awarded Car of the Show at
the time of the rebuild at Bingley Halls, and featured in Classic and Sports
Car. The car has always been garaged since the rebuild, and this is
reflected in the condition. I am asking what it cost to rebuild, £10,000,
negotiable. Contact David Hunter on 0115 8461816
for further details. davehunter13@hotmail.com
