| This Turner Sports Car had been stored in a barn in North East England for the past 20 years. The car was sold new from the factory with a Climax FWE engine, but at some time this was removed and it has a BMC engine fitted in it's place. The car was aquired by Ron Palgrave of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2003 and the lower picture shows the excelent restoration progress being made by Ron who has restored the rolling chassis. The car if fitted with a new steel inner body built for Ron by Turner club member Nigel Taylor. Reg. No. JEC 348. |
